New to recruitment, Adam grew a key account to £4.5m in just 2 years.

After spending a year as a rep in Ibiza, Adam joined our contract accounts team as part of our graduate programme. He saw an opportunity early on with one of our key accounts Reckitt Benkiser, and ceased it with both hands. 

3 promotions later, Adam still employs the skills learn't on our graduate programme. He grew this account to £4.5m, one of the largest in the portfolio. 

We invest in our people and enable them to achieve their potential. Adam is now following a fast track development plan to become an Associate Director.

      Launch and Build Your Own Recruitment Brand
      From bar work to brand founder, James launched a high performance breakout brand.

      James joined us after a brief foray in bar work. One of our directors spotted him during the night shift and felt he had what it takes to become a great recruitment consultant. He joined us from an assessment day and immediately had an interest in building his own desk. 

      He found his own clients and worked with multiple FTSE listed businesses. 2 years and 2 promotions later, James is founder and consultant of his own high performance breakout division - Uniting Cloud.
